Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and all related services including sportsbook, casino games, and ancillary features (collectively, the "Services").

1.2. The Services are operated by Entertainme Sweden AB, company registration number 556993-8045 (the "Operator"). The Operator offers the Services under an Anjouan gaming licence (Union of Comoros) via its licensing framework and authorised licensing administrator/service provider.

1.3. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any Game Rules, Betting Rules, Bonus Terms, and other policies referenced herein (together forming the "Agreement").

1.4. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

"Account" means your registered user account on the Website.

"Bet" means a wager placed on an event offered in the sportsbook.

"Casino Game" means any game of chance available via the casino section, including RNG games and live dealer games.

"Funds" means money or monetary value credited to your Account.

"KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification and related checks.

"Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country/region where (i) gambling is illegal or restricted, (ii) we do not accept customers, or (iii) we choose not to offer Services, as updated from time to time.

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

3.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3. The Operator may restrict, refuse, or terminate access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without liability.

3.4. If you access the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, you do so unlawfully and in breach of these Terms. We may void bets, withhold withdrawals pending verification, suspend the Account, and/or close the Account.

4.1. You may only register one Account. Multiple accounts, proxy accounts, or accounts opened by/for third parties are prohibited.

4.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.

4.3. You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless proven to result from a security failure on our side.

4.4. We may require additional verification at any time.

5.1. We apply risk-based KYC/AML controls to prevent fraud, protect the Services, and comply with legal and licensing obligations.

5.2. You agree to provide, upon request, documents and information such as proof of identity, address, payment method ownership, and (where required) source of funds/source of wealth documentation.

5.3. We may restrict deposits, wagering, bonuses, or withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

5.4. If you fail to provide requested information within a reasonable time, we may suspend or close your Account and handle remaining Funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

6.1. You may deposit using payment methods made available on the Website. Availability depends on your location and our risk controls.

6.2. You may only deposit using payment methods that you lawfully own and control.

6.3. Deposits are credited once confirmed by the relevant payment provider/network.

6.4. We may set minimum/maximum deposit limits and may change them at any time.

6.5. If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise cancelled, we may reverse corresponding credits and take recovery actions.

7.1. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, AML checks, and security reviews.

7.2. We may require withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits (where technically and legally possible), or to a verified method in your name.

7.3. We may split withdrawals across methods to prevent fraud, comply with AML, or due to PSP constraints.

7.4. We may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, AML concerns, bonus abuse, chargeback risk, account takeover, or breach of these Terms.

7.5. We may charge reasonable processing fees (shown before confirmation where feasible) or pass on third-party fees (e.g., banking/crypto network fees).

8.1. Bonuses and promotions are governed by separate Bonus Terms displayed on the Website.

8.2. We may exclude certain games/markets from wagering requirements, set max bet limits while a bonus is active, or impose time limits.

8.3. Bonus abuse is prohibited, including multi-accounting, collusion, exploiting errors, and low-risk wagering patterns such as hedging/arbitrage/correlated betting.

8.4. Where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, we may remove bonuses and winnings attributable to bonuses, void bets, restrict or close Accounts.

9.1. A Bet is only valid once confirmed and recorded in our systems.

9.2. We may reject or void bets due to suspected error, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

9.3. We may correct obvious mistakes ("Palpable Error") by voiding the Bet, settling at a corrected price/line, or applying a fair remedy.

9.4. Event changes, postponements and abandonment are settled according to our Betting Rules and any market-specific rules shown on the Website.

10.1. Casino Games are provided by third-party software providers; each game has rules accessible within the game interface.

10.2. Malfunctions: if a game malfunctions, we may void affected rounds, reverse credits/debits, or settle according to definitive logs.

12.1. We may suspend, restrict, or close your Account if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, applicable law, or our policies, or for security/AML reasons.

12.2. We may void bets and/or withhold winnings where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, ineligible jurisdiction access, or suspicious betting patterns.

12.3. Where required, we may report suspicious activity and cooperate with authorities.

13.1. We may classify an Account as inactive if there is no login and no wagering activity for a prolonged period.

13.2. Where permitted, we may charge reasonable inactivity fees after reasonable notice and attempts to contact you.
