1. How to Submit a Complaint

Email support@ridottobet.com from your registered email and include:

  • username
  • category (Sportsbook / Casino / Payments / Verification / Responsible Gaming / Other)
  • bet ID / round ID / transaction ID
  • date/time and description
  • screenshots (optional)

2. Acknowledgement & Timelines

We aim to acknowledge promptly and resolve within a reasonable timeframe depending on complexity and third-party/provider checks.

3. Investigation

We review relevant records: bet receipts, market rules, settlement data, provider logs, payment confirmations, and security logs. We may request additional info.

4. Outcomes

If an error is found, we may correct settlement, void and refund stakes, or reverse incorrect ledger entries. If correct, we explain the basis (rules/logs).

5. Escalation

If you disagree, reply to the same email thread requesting escalation and include reasons/new evidence. A senior review will be performed.

6. Abuse of Process

Harassment, threats, or repeated frivolous complaints may result in account restrictions.
