2. Deposits

  • Only use payment methods you own/control. Third-party deposits prohibited.
  • Deposits are credited once confirmed by the payment provider/network.
  • Limits and availability vary by region and risk controls.

3. Reversals / Failed Deposits

If a deposit is reversed or charged back, we may remove the credited amount, void bonus funds, suspend the account, and recover any negative balance.

4. Withdrawals

  • We may pay out to the same method used to deposit (where possible) or another verified method in your name.

6. Refunds
