1. General
These rules apply to sportsbook bets. Market-specific rules shown on the Website override these defaults.
2. Bet Acceptance
A bet is valid only when accepted and recorded with a bet ID. You must check selections, stake, and odds before confirming.
3. Odds Changes
If odds/lines change before acceptance, your bet may be rejected or re-offered.
4. Palpable Error
If there is an obvious error in odds/lines/match status/score, we may void the bet, settle at a corrected price/line, or apply a fair remedy.
5. Late Bets & Live Betting
Bets accepted after event start due to latency/technical issues may be void. Markets may be suspended during key moments.
6. Results & Settlement Sources
We settle using official/reputable sources. Where conflicts exist, we decide reasonably using reliable sources and internal logs.
7. Postponed/Abandoned/Rescheduled Events
Unless otherwise stated:
- Pre-match bets may be void if the event does not start within 48 hours of scheduled start time.
- Live bets are void unless the outcome is already determined.
8. Venue/Home-Away Changes
Venue changes usually do not void bets. Home/away reversal may void bets.
9. Dead Heat
Where applicable, stakes are divided among tied selections and settled proportionally.
10. Accumulators/Parlays
If one leg is void, it is removed and odds are recalculated.
11. Cash Out (If Offered)
Cash Out is discretionary, may be unavailable, and may be corrected if offered in error.
12. Integrity
If we suspect match manipulation or abnormal betting, we may void bets, restrict accounts, delay withdrawals, and request verification.
